Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the following legal bases:

• Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the customer.
• Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): maintaining customer relationships and developing business operations.
• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): marketing communications when the data subject has given consent.

Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Managing customer relationships and communication
• Processing offers and orders
• Planning and carrying out productions
• Invoicing and payment processing
• Maintaining the FraymVault archiving service
• Marketing communications with consent
• Analysing and developing website usage

Personal data collected

We may collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Company name and business ID
• Email address
• Phone number
• Postal address
• Information provided through contact forms
• Technical data related to website use, such as cookies and analytics

FraymVault — raw material archiving

In the FraymVault service, we store raw material created during customer productions, including video, photography and drone material. This material may include identifiable persons and is processed as personal data in accordance with GDPR.

Legal basis for processing: contract with the customer (Art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention period: for the duration of the FraymVault agreement and for 90 days after the agreement ends. Without a FraymVault agreement, raw material is deleted 4 months after delivery.

Data retention period

Personal data is retained for as long as the customer relationship is active or for as long as required by law. Unnecessary data is deleted without delay after the customer relationship ends.

Disclosure of data

Data is not disclosed to external parties without a justified reason. Data may be shared with:

• Subcontractors and partners (FraymFriends) who take part in the production
• Authorities when required by law

Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA unless it is technically necessary due to the systems used.

Protection of the register

Digitally stored data is protected by technical measures. Access to the data is limited to persons who need it for their work duties.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

• Access the data concerning you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Object to the use of your data for direct marketing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• File a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi)
