VIDEO PRODUCTION

FROM BRAND FILM TO TECHNICAL DEMOS.

RTZ, brand video

We built the film on a creative theme and took it through the factory's whole process. The staff's craftsmanship, the machinery and the production environment are all in it.

Machine demo, machine 4

A demo of a single process: its own angles, its own lighting, its own moment in the process, GoPro from inside the machine.

Machine demo, machine 2

Another key machine's process in its own real environment.

Interior drone work

DJI Inspire 2 and Zenmuse X7 in the low hall, the drone moving through the machine floor.

PROJECT

THREE DAYS IN A WORKING FACTORY

RTZ’s machines run constantly and the products aren’t photogenic in the traditional sense. The task was still clear. The client wanted visual quality and craftsmanship, shot on their own production floor.

The goal was to present the equipment both internally and externally and to build a comprehensive image bank of the staff, machines and factory environment, from the ground and from the air. This was part of the spring 2025 European production trip.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

RTZ, or Rohr-Trenn-Zentrum, is a German specialist in aluminium components and precision machining, based in Baden-Württemberg. The tubes it cuts and finishes end up in the automotive and electrical equipment industries.

Production

Each day had its own job.

We shot on three days with the factory running. The kit changed from day to day, from the drone to studio lights and to action cameras inside the machines.

Challenge

An overhead crane moved in the same space as the drone.

01

The machines run on their own schedule and the noise level is high. The main hall's ceiling was about 3.5 metres and an active overhead crane moved in the same space. The video production had to fit the factory's schedules and we planned every flight line before take-off.

Idea

We looked for the angles in the machines' rhythm.

02

Industrial machines aren't an interesting subject on their own, so we worked out a new approach. We combined the mechanical rhythm, the details of the machines and striking angles from the drone and from inside the machines.

Execution

Safety decided the order.

03

On the first day we flew the DJI Inspire 2 lines we had planned together with the client. On the second day we shot general and close-up views of the machines with light studio lighting. The third day went to the staff and to supplementary material.

  • Brand video and machine-specific demo videos.
  • Drone sequences, inside and out.
  • A wide image bank of the staff, work phases, finished products and factory environment.

We were absolutely thrilled with the photos and videos! The quality exceeded our expectations, and the entire experience was professional from start to finish. We would happily hire them again for future projects. A special thank you for your hard work and for making the trip all the way to Germany. We truly appreciate your dedication and couldn’t be happier with the final results. Highly recommended!
