Six conference rooms had to be shot in one afternoon.

Each of the six conference rooms needs its own lighting. On top of the interiors we had to get round the grounds and into the air within a single afternoon. Working through the room setups in that time, alongside the drone work, was the tightest part of the day.

Idea

The lake belongs in the frame as much as the rooms.

A conference hotel sells on its spaces and its setting. When the rooms are lit properly and the lake is in the pictures, the venue shows its best side. The drone work finished the set and brought out how close the lake is.

Execution

Three shooters on site at once.

A photographer, a videographer and a drone operator were all on site. That way the interiors, the venue video and the aerials came together in parallel, inside a tight schedule.
